Electric energy
reserved capacity of 8,250 kWh, overground and underground electric lines		 ok
Gas
gas mains - high pressure gas line ends roughly 25 m from the plot and a medium pressure line is located directly on the plot		 ok
Drinking water
Conection DN 200 anticipated realization spring 2011. 		in progress

Rainwater sewer
Project documentation was prepared for the draining of rainwater from a part of the land plots using the trunk sewer DN 400 into the river Nitra.

Project documentation was prepared for the draining of soil water from a part of the land plots using the trunk sewer DN 300.

Enforceable zoning and planning decision for the project of connecting the plot to the road No. 513 - a 2nd category road - using a roundabout has been issued.
